The city of Grafton, WV is structured and operates under the City Manager form of government with the Mayor-Council Plan specified in West Virginia Code.
Grafton City Council meets the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month. On the first Tuesday, the meeting is held at 1:00 p.m. On the second Tuesday, the meeting is held at 6:30 p.m. All meetings are held in the City of Grafton Municipal Complex (1 W. Main Street) in Historic Downtown Grafton. Meeting dates and times are subject to change. Check the local Mountain Statesman for agendas.
