The City of Grafton, West Virginia Public Works department is the municipal division responsible for maintaining and supporting the city's essential infrastructure and public services that help keep the community safe, clean, and functioning properly.

• Managing solid waste/garbage collection

• Ensuring water quality compliance and supporting drinking water systems
